Kawasaki Teryx H2 4|5 Seater Tender Spring Kit
Refresh the tender springs on your Kawasaki Teryx H2 4|5 Seater with this All Thingz UTV kit. The spring package and optional ATU shock caps are separate selections. All Thingz UTV manufactures the springs in this kit.
What this kit offers
- A spring-package refresh intended to improve comfort when correctly matched and adjusted for your vehicle.
- Tender-spring replacement while retaining the existing main springs.
- Keep your existing shock assemblies; replacement shocks are not included.

Before ordering: Confirm the model, seating and installed shocks. Double-check your selected spring color and package. Supply the model year, usual passenger/cargo load and suspension modifications with your order.
What’s included
| Selected package | Contents |

| Tender spring kit | Two front and two rear tender springs |
Choose from the colors currently offered in the selector. Powder-coated finishes are applied at All Thingz UTV; use the displayed price for your selected finish and package.
Optional shock caps: ATU shock caps are included only when the Add Shock Caps option is selected. Shock-cap installation requires a qualified professional and the correct depressurization and recharge procedure; it is not a routine spring-only change.
What the tender spring does
The tender spring works with the main spring in the shock assembly. While both are free to compress, their combined spring rate is lower than either spring alone. This lets the spring stack respond differently through its travel. A tender spring that remains fully compressed at normal loaded ride height has little compression travel left to contribute; however, spring contact by itself is not proof of a defect. Evaluate ride height, load and the intended shock setup together.
This tender upgrade retains the main springs. A full dual-rate replacement changes both upper and lower springs. Neither package changes the shock absorber’s internal damping.
Installation overview and setup
Use the Kawasaki service procedure for the exact model year and installed shocks, together with the instructions for your All Thingz UTV kit. This is an overview, not a substitute for the complete service procedure. Professional installation is recommended.
- Record front and rear ride height on level ground, with tire pressures and operating load noted.
- Securely support the vehicle and unload the suspension. Use suitable spring-compression equipment and release spring tension before removing retainers.
- Identify each supplied spring’s front/rear position. Follow the shock-specific procedure for the selected spring package, retaining or installing only the appropriate dividers and hardware.
- Reassemble using the fastener torque specifications for the exact vehicle. Keep adjustment settings matched left to right on each axle.
- Settle the suspension by moving the vehicle forward and backward, then remeasure. Make adjustments with the suspension unloaded and within the shock manufacturer’s limits. Check crossover settings where fitted after changing preload.
Do not open a pressurized damper or remove its reservoir cap as part of a routine spring change. For kit-specific settings, contact All Thingz UTV. Factory preload dimensions and another brand’s spring settings are not automatically correct for this kit.
All Thingz UTV ride-height baseline
These are the existing All Thingz UTV front/rear reference figures published for this listing, retained by tire size. They are not factory specifications or a guarantee of finished height. Use them with kit-specific setup guidance; do not transfer settings from another model.
| Tire size (inches) | Front baseline (inches) | Rear baseline (inches) |
|---|---|---|
| 33 | 16.5" | 16" |
| 35 | 17.5" | 17" |
| 37 | 18.5 | 18" |
Measurement: Use level ground, consistent tire pressures and a documented load. Settle the suspension before measuring. Use the same front and rear reference points each time and confirm the kit’s measurement points with All Thingz UTV before treating these figures as adjustment targets. Tire diameter, load and modifications affect the reading. Listed tire sizes do not confirm clearance or tire fitment.
